Great News! Kaihua Earns Spots on "China's Top 50 Light Industry Equipment Makers" and "Top 100 Light Industry Tech Enterprises" Lists

On 9 July 2025, the "New-Quality Development Industry Conference for Top Light Industry Enterprises" – hosted by the China Light Industry Federation – took place in Beijing. Centred on the theme "Focus on 'New' Strengths, Lead New Consumption", the event brought together over 300 representatives from leading enterprises, as well as figures from government, industry, academia and research, to outline a blueprint for high-quality growth in China’s light industry.
Kaihua has been awarded two significant national honours: "2024 Top 100 Science and Technology Enterprises in China’s Light Industry" and "2024 Top 50 Enterprises in China’s Light Industry Equipment Manufacturing Sector". These recognitions highlight the company’s strong overall capabilities and achievements in technological innovation.
Guided by national policies such as the "14th Five-Year Plan for Intelligent Manufacturing Development" and the "Work Plan for Stabilising Light Industry Growth (2023-2024)", Kaihua – a leader in injection moulding – has made technological innovation its core driver. It continues to develop high-end product structures, deepen intelligent transformation and advance green, low-carbon practices, boosting high-quality development both for itself and China’s light industry as a whole.
To date, Kaihua has established several research and innovation platforms, including provincial-level high-tech enterprise R&D centres, enterprise technology centres, enterprise research institutes and engineering research centres.
Looking ahead, Kaihua plans to build on its strengths in intelligentisation, green development and technological leadership. It will speed up the conversion of scientific and technological achievements into practical productivity, drive industrial upgrading through new technologies, products and processes, support high-quality development in the mould industry and contribute to building a strong light industry sector in China.
