An internship is a journey of transformation—one filled with challenges, moments of hard-won joy, and even the occasional breakdown.

For the 2025 graduates stepping into the workplace, their early experiences are summed up in a few key themes: the complexity of workflows, friction in communication. These are the growing pains they mention most.

At this gathering, those unspoken, lingering workplace moments finally found a voice. Frequent process changes, emotional drain from miscommunication, and gaps in cross-department collaboration emerged as common threads. These small-seeming frustrations? They’re actually critical clues for boosting organizational efficiency. Confronting them is the first step toward making things better. These honest reflections aren’t just part of their personal growth—they’re a roadmap for how we can refine our training for new talent.

If given the chance to redesign our onboarding program, their ideas are clear and practical. Top of the list: structured training. From dedicated SAP guidance to big-picture overviews of workflows, a step-by-step apprenticeship system for mold roles, and clear weekly learning goals. Their suggestions speak to a hunger for intentional growth—and highlight where our traditional training could evolve.

Every question, idea, and hope they’ve shared—carefully jotted down—will act like nutrients in the soil, feeding the growth of Kaihua’s “New Seed Program” this year. We promise: no moment of confusion will go unguided, no attempt will go unsupported. Their Kaihua story will move beyond “fitting in” to “thriving.”

Growth is never a one-way street. At Kaihua, we’ve always listened to our young talent.

To wrap up the session, the group picked up brushes and let their creativity flow on blank canvas bags.

Those empty bags became a canvas for feelings—brushstrokes and colors mixing to tell stories of youth: life mottos, abstract scribbles, playful cartoons. Different as these creations were, they shared a common heartbeat. This light, hands-on activity gently blurred the lines of workplace roles, bringing everyone a little closer—one doodle at a time.

Every splash of color is a stamp of their youth; every experience, a chapter in their growth. With color, they paint the canvas. With time, they’ll paint their futures.
